Note

Do not hold down the factory reset button when connecting the camera to power.

Explanation

Level 1

> 1 second

A continuous red light

When the factory reset button is released:

  • Default application measurements and settings are restored.

Level 2

> 4 seconds

A flashing red light

When the factory reset button is released:

  • Default application measurements and settings are restored.

  • Network default settings are restored.

Note

IP adress will be set to default.

Wi-Fi connection will be lost.

Device will be rebooted.

Level 3

> 10 seconds

A rapidly flashing red light

When the factory reset button is released:

  • Default application measurements and settings are restored.

  • Network default settings are restored.

  • All changes to system configuration except installed software will be cleared.

Note

IP adress will be set to default.

Wi-Fi connection will be lost.

Device will be rebooted.

Wired Ethernet connection

Note

Wireless network activity is not reflected by the indicator LEDs.

Explanation

A flashing green light

The camera is connected to a network and the network activity is indicated.

No light (i.e., it is switched off).

The camera is not connected to any network.
