  • Torque wrench or calibrated screwdriver.

  • Flat-head and Phillips-head screwdrivers.

  • Wire strippers/cutters.

  • Network-capable computer or tablet (for commissioning).

  • Flir IP Config software. Free software, download at http://support.flir.com.

  • Functional-test equipment, a manufacturer-approved test device or controlled heat source capable of producing an apparent temperature above the configured alarm threshold (for example, ≥100°C (212°F) for general detection, or a larger radiant source exceeding 350°C for high-threshold applications such as outdoor BESS), presented within the detector field of view at the test distance for the installed lens and source size.
